For the weight lifting beginner and pro alike. Sometimes doing the quick calculations of either what is on the bar or what plates you need to put on the bar to have a certain weight are not easy to calculate. Here is a simple quick calculator that helps you with this.
"Is On" is used when you have weight on the bar but want to know how much it is. You just select each plate and you get the total on the bar.
"Put On" is used when you have the weight in mind that you want on the bar but dont want to calculate it all out. Just enter in the total you want and it will show you the plates to put on.
